Delivering Sustainable Water

Manufacturing Excellence

We make our own products. Not import them.

The increasing demand for water conservation has led to many new companies offering rainwater harvesting systems.

Many only have access to a limited range of components with which to build harvesting systems. Often the prime components (such as the tank, control panel, filters) are sourced from third party suppliers, many located abroad.

This can lead to systems being composed of mismatched or unproven parts, supply delays or, at worse, systems made of components that are simply unsuitable for purpose.

By choosing KingspanWater all of these pitfalls are avoided.

World class manufacturing

KingspanWater rainwater harvesting systems and products are made in Kingspan Environmental’s manufacturing facilities in the UK and Ireland.

These purpose-built modern manufacturing facilities supply the group’s product and brand portfolio - including Titan oil/fuel storage tanks, Klargester pollution control products and Sensor control systems.

We design and manufacture all of our own tanks and control systems. We have also developed and tested our own bespoke filters for larger systems – minimising the need for external filter chambers.

Quality

By keeping our manufacturing in-house, we can ensure our high quality standards are maintained.

We quality check our raw materials and where we use supplied components (such as pumps and fittings) only top-quality parts from industry leading suppliers are selected.

Kingspan Environmental is an accredited company under ISO 9001:2008 quality management systems.

Research & Development.

Each year we spend more money on developing and refining our products than any other rainwater harvesting company.

We listen to our customers installers and contractors and where improvements can be made, we make them.

The result? An advanced range of rainwater harvesting systems, bringing intelligent sustainability to all modern buildings.
